As a core learning tool, we use a simulated company and have our participants work on the company’s core processes towards their business objectives. In other words, our Learning Simulation is a team based real time “game”. So, participants play out the management and operational roles within the simulated company. And – in the process – they learn how to apply tools, be it Six Sigma, Lean, Innovation or Strategy Deployment. This is certainly a fun and interactive learning experience. Most importantly, this learning simulation focuses on achieving breakthrough understanding of the tools taught.
