Operations Analytics is a process of using data analytics and business intelligence to improve efficiency and streamline everyday operations in real time. Operation analytics is subset of business analytics drawing from data mining, artificial intelligence and machine learning for robust and faster decision making.

The 2-day workshop will cover frameworks and ideas that provide insights into a spectrum of real-world business challenges. Participants will be taught with methdods for tackling these challenges quantitatively as well as the issues involved in gathering the relevant data.
