The Lean Innovation Toolkit with how-to instructions for applying common Lean Innovation tools is a user-friendly set of cheat sheets in the form of A5 cards.
This kit serves as handout to participants of the Lean Innovation Training and supporting them when applying these tools in their future work.
It might also come in handy to newly trained Lean Innovation Training facilitators who are not yet familiar with all the new and fancy tools.
This set of practical cards should enable anyone to apply the tools in their next problem solving session.
This Lean Innovation Toolkit includes not only innovation tools from the CPS toolbox. It also comprises of selected Design Thinking tools as well as some Lean Six Sigma tools:
This Lean Innovation Toolkit will not replace a proper training on the tools included. Yet, it serves as a set of reminders – just in case.
