The 2-day training offers you an insight into the techniques of Lean Six Sigma, its metrics, and basic improvement methodologies. A Yellow Belt participates as a core member or subject matter expert on a Lean Six Sigma project.

The Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt provides an introduction to process management and basic tools of Lean Six Sigma, enable participants with strong understanding of process, help them to provide meaningful support in achieving their organisation’s overall success.
