Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belts typically do not lead projects on their own. They are usually the employees of the organisation who work within but do not own the processes. Because they apply the Lean Six Sigma way of thinking in their daily duties, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belts are invaluable in changing the usual way of doing business to the Lean Six Sigma mindset.

The 2-day training offers you an insight into the techniques of Lean Six Sigma, its metrics, and basic improvement methodologies. A Yellow Belt participates as a core member or subject matter expert on a Lean Six Sigma project.

The Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt provides an introduction to process management and basic tools of Lean Six Sigma, enable participants with strong understanding of process, help them to provide meaningful support in achieving their organisation’s overall success.

Yellow Belt Certification Requirement

Participants must participate in 1 project as team member and must demonstrate contribution to the success of the project.
