Combining the Power of Creative Problem Solving and Lean

Our Lean Innovation workshop caters for management, supervisors and individual contributors who will innovate how the work gets done.

Most impotantly, our Lean Innovation workshop includes powerful lean tools to identify the need and opportunities for innovation. State-of-the-art innovation techniques are taught to turn these opportunities into solutions for lean processes.

Before the workshop, a survey is conducted to measure participants’ innovation potential. The findings are used to finetune and customise the workshop contents.

Learning Objectives

This two-day Lean Innovation workshop is designed to:

Create common understanding and language on building and sustaining organisational excellence through innovation.
Equip staff with simple tools to generate, promote and implement innovative ideas to achieve productivity and excellence at the workplace.
Strengthen staff’s understanding and mindset of what organisational excellence encompasses, how they can contribute to excellence in everything they do, and that they can take the initiative to develop new and better ways of doing their work.
