Very professional and enjoyable lectures, especially by Amy and Uwe. Excellent combination of professionalism and playfulness. Very balanced programme, good insights and practical examples under all topics.
This course was the best course that I have taken part in!
Everything that I received was excellent. Each detail that COE provided was useful and clear.
The facilitators were very knowledgeable and they allowed the group to give our views. The programme really addressed what I struggle with in my country and how I can deal with it. All topics were extremely relevant.
Excellent setup of the entire programme. Good blend of theory and practice.
The programme was an eye-opener and very useful to my organisation, especially with the emphasis on changing HR process as foundation towards strategic HR.
This was the best learning experience I ever had. Thank you for the hospitality. I will miss Singapore and COE facilitators.
Boosting Creativity at Financial Institution in 2013:
One of the most practical and purposeful games I have participated in. There is a lot of creativity, diversity in different investment perspectives in the investment world. Usually the difficulty is sticking to a single philosophy for success.
It is definitely an enriching experience as Amy and Uwe shared a lot of true life story with us. Both facilitators are clear and precise in their explanation and demonstration.
Fun way of learning. I will definitely re-look into my work processes. It applies to personal life too.

We need a robust and systematic tool to select and train future leaders for our company. Personally I didn’t know that much about Six Sigma, but what I have read was about focusing on customer requirements, managing and improving processes, changing the company’s culture, encouraging people and, last but not least, making money. This is exactly the job of our leaders.
